(DHCA) Standards and Restrictions When you purchase a home in our community you automatically belong to our association. Your dues are paid for the purpose of providing upkeep and maintenance of all common grounds including the retention pond. The standards and use restrictions are for the common good of all owners. There are times that it may appear to restrict a homeowner’s personal rights, however, the association is obligated by the CC&R’s.The DHCA, acting through its Property Manager and the Board of Directors, has the legal authority to enforce standards and restrictions governing the use of the property within the Devon Hills Community.
