The Devon Hills Community Association is nestled in a scenic area of southwest Nashville 11 miles from the lights and entertainment of downtown. The community is located between Highways 70 and 100 off Old Hickory Boulevard adjacent to over 2,600 acres of the Warner Parks, offering miles of walking trails and recreation areas.
The Devon Hills Homeowner's Association maintains this website for visitors and potential home buyers to see our neighborhood and its many features. In addition, for our members, we provide a private "Member Area" to keep owners up to date on community functions, local news and events, and an interactive web page for the Neighborhood Watch program to protect our community.
